Great idea Alice...and what an oversight on their part. I'm not sure what criteria you have to have to be nominated for this award, whether it be CD sales, touring sales, charts, or fan base, but Johnny has had all the bases covered this year and so much more. He has poured his heart and soul out to and ever growing group of fans all across Canada and back twice over this year and still isn't finished reaching out to touch more hearts and share a song, a dance and a smile with new and old friends. I'll pass on a letter as well.

I went to see Johnny and Martina in Hamilton, then Canada Day in Toronto. Next stop is Fergus for the Highland Games, then Havelock (my two top guys are going to be there...Johnny and Travis)...and Danforth in October.
