12 Days of Christmas Official Contest Rules
The following rules and conditions apply to the sweepstakes “Johnny Reid's 12 Days of Christmas" (the “Contest”) sponsored by Halo Entertainment Group (the “Contest Sponsor”) at www.facebook.com/officialjohnnyreid (the “Website”).
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Purchase does not increase chances of winning.
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, District of Columbia, and Canada, excluding the province of Quebec, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Contest Sponsor or any advertising and promotional agencies (“Contest Entities”) and their respective employees, associates, affiliates, and such individuals’ immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this Contest.
This Contest is void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
PROMOTION PERIOD:
Each daily Promotion Period begins at time of posting each day from November 25, 2023 to December 6, 2023 and closes at 11:59 pm EST each day from November 25, 2023 to December 6, 2023. Entries must be received and recorded during the Promotion Period.
PRIZE AND ODDS OF WINNING:
One winner will be chosen at random each day to win the prize indicated for that day. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE CONDITIONS:
The winner(s) shall not be entitled to receive the difference between the actual prize value and the approximate prize value. The prize is not redeemable in cash. If a winner cannot accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected in a random drawing. The prize is not transferable.
TO ENTER:
To enter the daily Contest, like and comment on the daily Facebook post, posted to www.facebook.com/officialjohnnyreid at approximately 10:00 am ET each day during the promotion period. You must like and comment on the original post at www.facebook.com/officialjohnnyreid. Likes and comments on a re-share of the post to another page or profile do not qualify as entries.
WINNER DRAWING:
Each daily winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries for that day. Winner will be required to complete a mathematical skill-testing question in compliance with Canadian law.
CONDITIONS:
Failure to comply with the Contest rules will result in the entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Halo Entertainment Group (the “Contest Sponsor”). Halo Entertainment Group will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements and will erase any entry received from persons under the age of thirteen (13) in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete, late or delayed entries.
The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the Contest entry process or Website, or who acts in violation the Website Terms of Use posted at www.johnnyreid.com.
Winner may be required to provide information for tax purposes or sign an affidavit in order to redeem the prize when required by law. Failure to provide truthful and accurate information will result in the winner forfeiting the prize. A winner may choose to forfeit the prize if they wish not to provide such information when it is required by law.
The Contest Sponsor retains the right, in its sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever, or in the event that the prize or a component of the prize becomes damaged or cannot be fulfilled for any reason whatsoever.
Payment of all federal, state/provincial and local taxes when required by law are solely the responsibility of the winner(s).
By entering the Contest, the entrant authorizes the use, without additional compensation, notice or approval, of his or her first and last name, city, and state/province/territory of residence for promotional use on the Website and its affiliated pages or social media profiles when the entrant is selected as a Contest winner.
The Contest Sponsor, Contest Entities, and any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, licensees, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not liable for any and all loss, damages, or injuries of any kind, either to person or property, resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize(s), participation in the Contest, or inability to participate in the Contest.
