M&G Instructions

OTTAWA: Please check beside the merch table between 7:00pm and 7:10pm. Doors open at 7:00pm, so please arrive a few minutes early to ensure you can get checked in by 7:10pm. You will be taken from the merch table are to the meet & greet area at 7:10pm.

Please note the following:

- please do not be late - we will ensure we allow time to check-in if doors are slow, however we may not be able to accommodate latecomers after doors are open

- to ensure a smooth pickup process, have your order confirmation number ready when you arrive for check-in

- you will receive your included items after your meet & greet [ornament (adult passes) or photo (15 and under passes)]

- you may not bring bags or items into the meet & greet area (all personal items must be left with security at the table provided at the front of the line)

- you may not bring gifts or items to be autographed into your meet & greet

- a professional photographer will take your photo

- photos will be uploaded to the Photos page of Tartan Army website within a couple days of the show
