WINNIPEG: Check in at the VIP Check-In table in the Club Regent Event Centre lobby (near the gift store) between 12:30pm and 12:45 pm. Please have your order confirmation # ready when you check-in. You will receive your pass and further instructions. The meet & greet will start at approximately 12:50pm.

NIAGARA FALLS: Pick up your Meet & Greet passes at the box office between 6:00 and 6:30pm.  Once you have your pass, proceed to 200A. From there, you will be escorted to the meet & greet.

The VIP Meeting Area is indicated on the map. It is located in the s Tower Hotel Lobby, near Spago's Restaurant and the top of the McDougall Street Entrance Escalator.

Please note that ticket sales are NOT administered by johnnyreid.com. If you have questions or issues regarding tickets you will need to contact the venue box office or ticketing agent. Some box office/ticket agent websites require you to sign up for an account to purchase tickets. We recommend visiting the box office/ticketing agent website BEFORE the presale to sign up or sign in if required, in order to avoid delays when purchasing your presale tickets.
