Victoria: Pick up your meet & greet pass at the box office between 6:00pm and 6:15pm. Please have your order confirmation # ready when you arrive at the box office. You will receive your pass and further instructions.

Windsor Meet & Greet Instructions - Oct 3, 2025

Please arrive at the "VIP Meeting Area" and pick up your Meet & Greet pass between 5:45pm and 6:00pm on Friday, October 3. To ensure a smooth pickup process, please have your Order Confirmation # and photo ID ready.

Security will take you to the meet & greet area shortly after 6pm.
Please note the following:

- you will need photo ID and your order confirmation number in order to pick up your pass at "VIP Meeting Area"
- you will receive your laminated M&G pass at the "VIP Meeting Area"
- you will have your show tickets scanned on the way to the meet & greet area (please have them ready)
- you will pass through venue security on the way to the meet & greet area and will be subject to a bag search (per venue policy)
- you will receive your autographed photo after your meet & greet
- you may not bring bags or items into the meet & greet area (all personal items must be left with security at the table provided at the front of the line)
- you may not bring gifts or items to be autographed into your meet & greet
- photos will be taken on your own device so that you have immediate access to them following your meet & greet
- have your smartphone ready with the camera app open when you reach the front of the line
- if you do not have a smartphone with a camera, we will take a photo for you and send it to you via email following the show

You must pick up your pass at the "VIP Meeting Area" between 5:45pm and 6:00pm. We will not be able to accommodate latecomers. To ensure a smooth pickup process, please have your Order Confirmation # and photo ID ready when you arrive at the registration table in the "VIP Meeting Area". Have your show ticket ready when security takes you to the meet & greet area.


The VIP Meeting Area is indicated on the map. It is located in the s Tower Hotel Lobby, near Spago's Restaurant and the top of the McDougall Street Entrance Escalator.


St. John's Meet & Greet Instructions - Sept 26, 2025

Please arrive at the venue and pick up your Meet & Greet pass at the box office/will call no later than 6:30pm on Friday, September 26. To ensure a smooth pickup process, please have your Order Confirmation # and photo ID ready.

The box office will instruct you where to go when you pick up your pass.

Please note the following:

- you will need photo ID and your order confirmation number in order to pick up your pass at the box office/will call
- you will receive your laminated M&G pass at the box office (please pick it up no later than 6:30pm)
- you will receive your autographed photo after your meet & greet

- photos will be taken on your own device so that you have immediate access to them following your meet & greet
